Antonio Santos Martinez is a licensed civil engineer working with builders, developers and contractors on residential development, site engineering, grading, drainage, stormwater, permitting and infrastructure projects across Middlesex, Union, Essex, Passaic, Somerset and Monmouth Counties.
Antonio Santos Martinez, P.E., C.M.E. brings experience from both the design and municipal review sides of development. His background includes residential and site engineering, infrastructure, planning and board review, permitting, and coordination with municipalities and reviewing agencies.
